Introduction

koPaper is an AI papercraft creation platform. This privacy policy explains what data we handle when you use our tools and the choices you have. We keep things simple: there are no accounts to create and nothing to upload for our core tools.

What We Collect & Store

We do not require an account, and we do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details through the site.

• Prompt text for generation — the idea you type is sent to our image-generation provider (Cloudflare Workers AI, with Pollinations or OpenRouter as fallbacks) to create your design. It is not otherwise stored.
• Designs you choose to share — when you generate a design, it may be queued for optional display in our public Gallery along with a short subject line. If your design is published, it becomes visible to other visitors; you can request removal at any time via privacy@kopaper.com.
• Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure anonymous, aggregated site usage.

Third-Party Services

To run the site we rely on a small set of third parties, each with its own privacy policy:

• Image-generation APIs — by default Cloudflare Workers AI (on-platform); Pollinations or OpenRouter may be used as fallbacks. Your prompt text is sent to the active provider to generate images.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — measures anonymous, aggregated site usage.
• Google AdSense — serves ads and may use cookies for personalization.
• Font CDNs — Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on the site.

Cookies, Advertising & Consent

We show a consent banner before loading analytics and advertising scripts. With your consent, Google AdSense and Google Analytics may store cookies and use them to serve and measure personalized ads. You can decline at any time; the core tools keep working. You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Data Retention

Generated designs that are not published are not stored by us. Published Gallery designs are retained until removed; removal requests are honored within a reasonable timeframe. Analytics data is retained according to Google's retention settings.

Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold, and to opt out of advertising personalization and the sale or sharing of personal information. Children's Privacy

koPaper is suitable for general audiences, including families and classrooms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our tools process no personal data on our servers.
