2. Use of the Service
koPaper provides an AI papercraft design generator and related content for inspiration and creative exploration. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to: upload harmful content, attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to create misleading or illegal content.
3. AI-Generated Content
Designs generated by koPaper are AI-generated artworks intended for inspiration, personal projects, and creative exploration. They are not guaranteed to be printable cut-and-fold templates or assembly instructions. You are responsible for how you use generated content and for complying with any applicable laws where you use it.
4. Intellectual Property
The koPaper name, site design, and original content are owned by koPaper. Generated designs are provided for personal and non-commercial inspiration unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site remain the property of their owners.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, koPaper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
