Cat Paper Craft Template

Materials

• 1 sheet of cardstock
• Scissors
• Glue or tape
• Markers for decorating

Step-by-step Instructions

1. Cut the Template

Print the cat template on cardstock. Cut out the body, head, tail, and two ear pieces along the solid lines.

2. Fold the Body

Fold the body piece along the scored lines to form a triangular prism shape. This allows the cat to stand on its own. Glue the tabs to secure.

3. Attach the Head

Fold the head piece and glue the tabs to form a small box. Glue the head to the front top of the body.

4. Add the Ears

Fold the two ear pieces into triangle shapes. Glue them to the top of the head.

5. Attach the Tail

Fold the tail piece slightly to give it a curve. Glue one end to the back of the body. Position it so it sticks up or curls around.

6. Decorate Your Cat

Draw eyes, a nose, whiskers, and fur patterns. Add a collar or bow. Your paper cat is complete!
